The guest head chef
Fabio Iacovone is an Italian Michelin-starred chef who has been working and living in the canton of Ticino for four years. From 2010 to 2021, he worked as head chef and executive chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Petit Bellevue at the Bellevue Hotel & Spa in Cogne, in the Aosta Valley. Born in 1980, his passion for cooking began at an early age. After training at IPSSAR, he gained experience in renowned establishments such as the Hotel Splendido in Portofino, the Grand Hotel Villa d'Este in Cernobbio, and the Villa San Michele in Fiesole.

He has been head chef at the Bellevue Hotel & Spa since October 2010. His cuisine is characterized by the flavors of the mountains, the earth, and the sea.
